As an intern, I assisted the museum librarian in performing an audit of their library, and assisted with reviewing the archival system used in planning a new exhibit on oral histories of the Killing Fields. We discovered that a number of books were missing from the library, which had not been properly classified, and worked to retrieve borrowed books from the organization’s community.

I also represented the museum and its parent organization, the Cambodian Association of Illinois, at a series of meetings planning a shared website and donor database design for several affiliated immigrant community organizations, under the umbrella of the Chicago Cultural Alliance.
