Description

In 2021 and 2021, I facilitated several series of stress management support groups for city agencies involved with COVID-19 responses, such as DOHMH, OCME, and NYC Health + Hospitals, which I tailored to unique stressors of working with new technologies and teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic.  In collaboration with my colleagues, I developed a working knowledge of how remote and hybrid work and its technological components created new problems around boundaries and time management for employees and helped develop strategies around self-care and self-regulation to cope with this.
